Welcome to AINO Fine Jewellery. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Products

AINO specialises in lab-grown diamond jewellery. Product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, photography, and screen displays, slight variations in colour, appearance, size, and light reflection may occur.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorised activity, or pricing errors.

Made-to-Order Products

Products marked as "Made to Order" are produced specifically for each customer. Production may begin shortly after order confirmation. By placing an order, the customer confirms that all selected specifications, sizing, and customisation details are correct.

Payment

Orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.

Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. AINO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the AINO Returns & Exchange Policy available on our website.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for the proper care, storage, and maintenance of their jewellery. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Warranty & Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law. Customers may be entitled to remedies for products that fail to meet consumer guarantees under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, logos, product descriptions, branding, graphics, and designs, remains the property of AINO and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AINO's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product supplied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
