Ready pieces may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.

Once a ready piece has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you change your mind after delivery, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to approval and the conditions below.

To be eligible for a change of mind return, the item must:

- be unworn and unusedbe in original condition
- include all original packaging, certificates, and accompanying materials
- show no signs of wear, resizing, damage, or alteration

Any item returned in a condition that does not meet the above requirements may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.

Return Fee

A change of mind return will incur a 15% restocking fee cover Aino’s administrative costs and expenses incurred in handling and cancelling the order. The refund for change of mind returns will be returned to the original payment method less any deductions.

Exchange or Store Credit

Please contact our customer service if you want to exchange an item or exchange for a store credit within 7 business days upon the date of receipt.

We do our best to provide the best product quality control. If there is any damage or missing part, please contact us within 3 business day.

Once the item is assessed and the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.

Please note that the following are not considered faults:

- normal wear and tearscratches, dents, or marks caused by use
- damage caused by impact, misuse, improper storage, or improper carenatural characteristics or slight variations in diamonds, gemstones, or precious metals
- minor differences in appearance from website images, including scale, tone, or light reflection

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, reasonable return shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed by us.

Made-to-order pieces are specially produced for each order and are therefore subject to different return conditions.

Once a made-to-order purchase has been confirmed, a 50% cancellation fee will apply if you choose not to proceed.This is because production, sourcing, and allocation of materials may already have commenced.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- customized sizes
- customized specifications
- special production requests
- pieces produced specifically to order, whether or not visible custom changes were selected by the customer

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before purchase, including product specifications, selected options, measurements, delivery details, and any custom requests confirmed with us.

As made-to-order items are individually produced, repair or remake may be offered before a refund, where appropriate.

The following are not considered faults:

- change of mind
- dissatisfaction with a choice that was approved before production
- sizing issues where the size selected or confirmed by the customer was incorrect
- normal wear and tear
- accidental damage or damage caused by improper use, handling, or storage
- slight variations in handcrafted finish, stone appearance, or metal tone that do not affect the function or quality of the item

If a made-to-order item is confirmed to be faulty, reasonable return shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed by us.
