Returns & Exchange

We are pleased to offer a returns service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy as we want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable and seamless as possible. 

How it Works

Fill the Return Form

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request return approval. Items must meet all return conditions before proceeding.

Send Back Your Item

Once approved, return the item using a tracked and insured service. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all packaging and certificates.

Inspection & Refund

After inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted for eligible returns.

Ready Piece

If a product is not marked as “Made to Order,” it is considered a ready piece.

Ready pieces may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.

Once a ready piece has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you change your mind after delivery, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to approval and the conditions below.

To be eligible for a change of mind return, the item must:

- be unworn and unusedbe in original condition
- include all original packaging, certificates, and accompanying materials
- show no signs of wear, resizing, damage, or alteration

Any item returned in a condition that does not meet the above requirements may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.

Return Fee

A change of mind return will incur a 15% restocking fee cover Aino’s administrative costs and expenses incurred in handling and cancelling the order. The refund for change of mind returns will be returned to the original payment method less any deductions.

Exchange or Store Credit

Please contact our customer service if you want to exchange an item or exchange for a store credit within 7 business days upon the date of receipt.

Made to Order

Made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for each order. This may include customized specifications or items that are not held in stock.

Made-to-order pieces are specially produced for each order and are therefore subject to different return conditions.

Once a made-to-order purchase has been confirmed, a 50% cancellation fee will apply if you choose not to proceed.This is because production, sourcing, and allocation of materials may already have commenced.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- customized sizes
- customized specifications
- special production requests
- pieces produced specifically to order, whether or not visible custom changes were selected by the customer

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before purchase, including product specifications, selected options, measurements, delivery details, and any custom requests confirmed with us.
