Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched.

For Ready Pieces, cancellations made prior to dispatch are free of charge.

For Made-to-Order Pieces, production may begin shortly after order confirmation. Once a Made-to-Order purchase has been confirmed, a 50% cancellation fee will apply if the customer chooses not to proceed.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Nothing in this policy affects any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
